FRESH PASTA
Paul makes fresh pasta for Friday and Saturday. All pasta is made fresh in the shop using Italian triple 000 floor or Grand Douro 100% semolina flour and free range eggs. You can buy as little or as much as you need and we can advise on cooking times and matching sauces if required.
